37,5ml the sentinel gin
180ml dry tonic water
Method
add gin to glass. fill glass with ice and top with tonic
variations and garnishes: #1 hint of saltiness is lovely but don't overdo the brine. 5ml olive brine, olive and rosemary.
#2 earthy twist. raw beetroot slice, with thyme.
#3 summery and fun. mango (fresh syrup), jalapeño )pr mild chilli with seeds removed.
