WILD BASIL MASH
60ml The Sentinel Gin
Fresh Sprig of Wild Basil
200ml Indian Tonic
Dash of Angustrura Bitters
Pinch of Salt
Zest of Lemon
Method
Into a shaker add roughly crushed ice, about 6 wild basil leaves, dash of bitters, The Sentinel Gin and a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously to release aromas from wild basil leaves. Pour into a glass, and top up with tonic water. Garnish with lemon zest.
